NAME: Nichole Daniels EDUCATION: BFA in Illustration from Calif. State University, Long Beach INSTAGRAM:@nicholey_culkin
Having a very diverse set of skills, my work ranges from stylized and simplified line drawing to fully-rendered realism. I like working with anything from gouache, oil, and acrylic to ink and pencil, to Photoshop and ProCreate (as well as dabbling in various forms of printmaking). The range in my work not only drives me to search for new means of expression, it has also made me very adaptable to tackling any creative task that may be thrown in my direction.
My work is heavily influenced by my love of pop culture, animals, and nature.
Professional work under my belt: Illustration Editor (Union Weekly | 2012) Mattel: the Joys of Toys (Gallery 1988 | 2017) Crazy 4 Cult 11 (Gallery 1988 | 2017) 30 Years Later (Gallery 1988 | 2018) Commercial Illustrator (Punch Studio | 2019-2020) Woven (Rugtomize x No Sego | 2020) Good Day Sir!
